Week 5

I am really excited for this week.  Your first step is to go through the Spiritual Transformation worksheet that includes a section for each of the nine Enneagram types.  This is a fantastic tool for growth especially when you have identified when you are living or acting in your average to unhealthy.  

The spiritual practices of silence, solitude, and stillness are workouts for the soul.  Throughout this week, choose one practice to do at a time, and use this worksheet to journal any thoughts from the experience.
